The apartment is located at Casares Costa, just a 5-minute drive to all amenities and counts a large living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms – one en-suite to the master bedroom with a bath - and two secluded and tranquil outdoor spaces – with a large, covered terrace of 30m2 and a private garden of around 30m2, a unique feature in this area.
The tropical communal outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, a luscious, fenced garden and padel court. Enjoy your breakfast on the private terrace, furnished with a lounge area and a separate dining area. During the colder days, the terrace can be closed off with glass curtains and the large heater adds even more warmth and coziness.
A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The Casares Beach apartment is decorated and equipped up to high standards to add all the modern comforts you need, has a fast Wi-Fi network, TV with access to various channels such as Netflix (accessible through our own account) to watch your favorites movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you need and adjacent to the kitchen - a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has air conditioning throughout the entire apartment and can be switched to heating too. Parking is easy at the underground parking at the designated own parking space and the gated community has 24 hours a day security. The Casares Beach apartment accommodates up to five guests and carries everything you need, making it a true a home away from home.
Welcome to Andalucia
Casa Beau Bella is located in Manilva, at Residencial Duquesa, and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages and Andalusia. Discover Estepona or take a fifteen-minute drive to explore one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella are within a twenty-minute drive away too.
The beach is a mere 10-minute walk away and offers a great opportunity to enjoy the sun and have a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you love to play golf, there are lots of golf courses close by such as the La Duquesa Golf club, the Doña Julia Golf club or Finca Cortesin in Casares.
If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast - is a great way to explore the area too. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.
LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
Explore Estepona, really! Beach life, a gorgeous old, historic city center, the Sunday market at the port, beautiful murals, good food and well, the list is endless. Along the coast you are also able to walk the “Senda Litoral” the coastal pathway, stretching all along the coast.
Visit Casares Pueblo and walk through this amazing village. Don’t forget to have a drink at the village square and mingle with the locals. PS. wear your comfortable shoes as its quite the walk up and down.
A bit rough around the edges at first sight but … San Luis de Sabinillas is one of the last places without high-rise buildings, golden palm trees, designer brands and mass-tourism. Authentic Spanish with one of the friendliest locals we’ve ever met.
