The penthouse is located in a tranquil area at the outskirts of Estepona, close to the beach and counts a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, two bedrooms - one with access to a small balcony with breathtaking landscape views, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace plus a large rooftop terrace with wonderful views as well as a private parking space. At the well-kept communal spaces, you're welcome to take a refreshing dive into the swimming pool, equipped with loungers and surrounded by grass fields to relax on. The apartment is loved by both families as well as couples, looking for a tranquil holiday, yet close to all amenities.
The penthouse apartment has been lovingly decorated to add all the modern comforts you need. With a speedy WiFi network, a fully equipped kitchen and three outdoor spaces, the holiday apartment sleeps up to 4 and maximum 5 (sofa bed) and each of the two bedrooms is complimented with its own bathroom. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board, iron, outdoor drying rack, and a selection of convenient household utilities.

The penthouse is located in a tranquil residency, Serenity Views, within a five-minute drive away from the heart of Estepona, a fifteen-minute drive away from one of the most famous pueblos blancos Casares and a twenty-minute drive away from Sotogrande and Marbella. Within a twenty-minute walk - though be prepared for a little bit of uphill and downhill walking - you can access the beach with its famous chiringuitos (beach restaurants) or walk or bike-ride the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast.
The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.
LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
Explore Estepona, really! Beach life, a gorgeous old, historic city center, the Sunday market at the port, beautiful murals, good food and well, the list is endless. Along the coast you are also able to walk the “Senda Litoral” the coastal pathway, stretching all along the coast.
Visit Casares Pueblo and walk through this amazing village. Don’t forget to have a drink at the village square and mingle with the locals. PS. wear your comfortable shoes as its quite the walk up and down.
A bit rough around the edges at first sight but … San Luis de Sabinillas is one of the last places without high-rise buildings, golden palm trees, designer brands and mass-tourism. Authentic Spanish with one of the friendliest locals we’ve ever met.
